1.
It's calm. I like calm. Calm is something i could endure. It's everywhere else this takes place i can't. We've become stir crazy; haven't we? We need structure. We need calm. We need. Calm isn't the middle name i'd use on a resume. Peppermint had a benign cough. And with that; his mind wandered off. "I couldn't pull my own eyelids down far enough to keep the smell out." His words, not mine.
2.
Lollygagger. 04:44
Who just walks back into a crimescene and slips their drool sublety into the briefcase? Over every folder, every gleam, every thing... Truth changed out of its attire and into something a little less desirable. And with a sneeze; his left eye got up and walked out of the crime scene.
3.
Idle hands will play. And idle hands will carry the piano wire. Idle hands will barely pluck a note while moonlight melts over the orphanage. I poured grief into a handbag and paraded it around. Battery acid forms the oddest hickeys. Form them in twos. I like that. This is the type of wig you get buried in.
4.
"What's the angle on your sin?" Well, maybe i shouldn't have pertruded. And then we opened the hearses to rain on the parade. And we sang along to every thud. At the alley of gum and tooth; the wrench passed its parking test. Liquid cardinals held their own parade. And they sang along to every thud.
5.
The voice was a transplant. Gargling primitive honey. The lips had a husk from being allergic to the truth. Or as a simpleton would say... a goddamn liar. We all begin to shake ourselves out over time. I ain't got the straightest shadow but i wouldn't count on a shadow to follow me around either. That's why i'm a goddamn bastard.
6.
His canary skin barely cracked and smiled as expansion ran the last of its hairgel over his corpse. Relishing as the gnats burrowed into his gums. He'd spend hours shaking teeth like dice. Only to find more gnats.
